職位描述：

工作職責(Responsibilities): 
1. 負責組織編制產品質量提高、改進、管理、計量管理等工作計劃。
    Responsible for plan of quality continuous improvement and manage the calibration and 
    measurement.
2. 組織實施、檢查、協調、考核，及時處理和解決各種質量問題。
    Organize to investigate, check, co-ordinate and solve various quality problem.
3. 負責對公司產品、工作和服務質量進行監督、檢查、協調和管理。
    Responsible for product quality, workmanship quality and service quality check and co- 
    ordination.
4. 定期組織質量檢查員、計量員、等崗位的質量教育培訓，強化質量管理，提高公司全員質量 
    意識和質量管理水平。
	Organize the training of quality inspector, measurement people periodically, enhance 
    quality concept and achieve total quality management.
5. 客戶反饋和投訴的處理，分析具體問題所在，協調問題處理。
    Customer feedback and complaint handle investigate the root cause and drive for 
    corrective and preventive actions.
6. 新產品導入的質量控制，跟蹤實際生產質量。
    NPI quality control, to follow the actual process quality.
7. 建立通用檢驗標準;并保證標準的落實情況。
    Create a universal inspection standard; and follow the implementation.
8. 可靠性測試和確保質量體系有效文件,維護公司質量體系有效運行。
    Responsible for product reliability and responsible for QMS implementation and 
    effectiveness.
9. 根據預定的標準最終放行成品以及處理任何產品相關的不符合項。
    Finished goods final release based on defined quality criteria and handle any product 
    related nonconformity.
10. 處理上級交辦的其他事宜。
      Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.

任職資格(Qualification) :
教育背景(Educational background):
◆ 本科及以上學歷，理工科類專業優先
Bachelor degree or above, the science and engineering is preferential
工作經驗(Work experience):
◆ 3年以上相關工作經驗.
   Above 3 years relative work experience
